By downloading or using TipCalculate, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TipCalculate mobile application ("App") provided by Justin Heintz ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Use of the App

TipCalculate is designed to help you calculate tips, split bills, and track your tipping history. You agree to use the App only for its intended purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this App
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You agree not to misuse or attempt to reverse engineer the App

3. Premium Subscription

TipCalculate offers a premium subscription with additional features. By subscribing:

• Payment will be charged to your App Store or Google Play account
• Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your account settings
• No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any data you input into the App (tip history, notes, etc.). By using cloud sync features, you grant us permission to store and process this data to provide the service.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Calculations will be 100% accurate in all circumstances
• The App will meet all your requirements

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to incorrect tip calculations or data loss.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
